Indiana Tax Department To Capture 3 Million Forms

To help cut tax processing times, increase information accuracy and improve the security of taxpayer information, the Indiana Department of Revenue has selected FormWare capture software from Captiva (www.captivasoftware.com), San Diego, CA.

The Tax Department's new forms processing system will process approximately three million tax returns and other documents each year, and it is expected to provide better access to information for both staff and taxpayers. The $300,000 system is being implemented by Crowe Chizek and Company.
