An eRoom for Every Purpose

Documentum (www.documentum.com), Pleasanton, CA, has released version 7 of its eRoom Web-based collaboration software. The new version offers pre-configured workspaces for specific purposes including compliance, product development, finance and project management.

The new eRoom compliance workspace can be used for developing and implementing internal controls to adhere to regulations. The product development workspace includes features for research and development, engineering change management and supplier management. The finance workspace includes proposal development, mergers and acquisitions, company reorganizations, and deal and contract negotiations. The project management space comes with planning, execution and reporting features and integrations to third-party tools.
