Distribute Reports & Docs Via Print, Web or E-Mail

A complete system for the creation, acquisition, formatting and distribution of reports has been created with the release of FormScape for Distribution, from Morrisville, NC-based FormScape (www.formscape.com). The software packages FormScape output management software, DocsOnline report archiving and access software, and optical character recognition technology. FormScape for Distribution lets users convert streams of ASCII reports to formatted documents. It can also scan and recognize documents and then save them to an archive from which they can be distributed. The system accepts documents from sources as varied as ERP systems, fax, e-mail and paper. Documents can be printed or electronically distributed over the Web or by e-mail.
