Interwoven Speeds Deployment for WebSphere Portals

October 15, 2002

Providing a portal-integrated content management system aimed at rapid deployment, Sunnyvale, CA-based Interwoven has announced the late October release of TeamPortal for IBM WebSphere Portal - Express.

Built expressly to complement IBM's WebSphere Portal - Express, the new TeamPortal - Express product is said to provide an affordable, rapidly deployable content management system based on the Interwoven 5 platform. Priced at $49,995 with support for 25 contributors, the system lets nontechnical users contribute and review content. More advanced users can use the software to develop, manage and deploy code including portlets for the WebSphere Portal - Express.

Interwoven says users can easily upgrade from TeamPortal for IBM WebSphere Portal - Express to the full Interwoven 5 suite for enterprise content management.
