Bill Presentment Gains a Cross-Sell, Up-Sell Edge

Edocs (www.edocs.com) has introduced a new version of eaMarket, an electronic statement presentment and payment system that lets companies target customized marketing information to customers. The Natick, MA-based company says eaMarket will let companies place timely, personalized messages in front of customers both on the Web and in their e-mail inboxes.

EaMarket is a component of a larger electronic bill presentment suite, eaSuite, and it can leverage access to detailed customer data to capture a dynamic view of how customers do business with a company. EaMarket works with eaSuite to highlight targeted cross-sell and up-sell offers, customer service alerts and branding messages whenever the customer is reviewing their online account.
