Create and Fill E-Forms Without Plug-ins

Shana (www.shana.com), Edmonton, Alberta, has released Informed Quadra, a Web-based electronic forms management system. Informed Quadra lets users design electronic forms on Windows or Macintosh computers, and it distributes the forms either from a Web site or through e-mail. The electronic forms are based on XML and support digital signatures. Forms can be filled in from Web browsers without having to download additional software.
