Service Provider Keeps Investments in 'View'

USAA, which offers insurance, banking and investment services to more than 4.7 million members of the U.S. military, has chosen ViewDirect from Mobius (www.mobius.com), Rye, NY, to improve information delivery and, therefore, customer service.

With branches and offices located across the United States and Europe, San Antonio-based USAA will use ViewDirect to provide internal users with browser-based access to myriad documents and reports. The implementation will incorporate the ViewDirect content server, which captures, indexes and stores documents, reports and images from multiple applications and sources. DocumentDirect for the Internet provides browser-based access to ViewDirect content. Once information is indexed and stored, EnterpriseIndex technology can create "virtual folders" of diverse documents associated with a customer, task or transaction.
