Student Loan Provider Adds Brain Power for Processing

The Illinois Designated Account Purchase Program (IDAPP), Deerfield, IL, has selected SERbrainware suite from SERSolutions (www.sersolutions.com), Herndon, VA, to automate its loan application processes. IDAPP manages more than $1.8 billion in student loans and oversees the portfolios of organizations engaged in higher education finance.

Using SERdistiller, IDAPP will be able to automatically capture and classify student loan applications, credit applications, deferment forms, forbearance forms, student and school correspondence, and the many other forms, invoices, applications and documents associated with the student loan process.

SERprocess will be used as the electronic document storage and retrieval platform. Employees in any office or remote site will have immediate access to all documents. The SER deployment will replace the existing microfilm and paper records management systems IDAPP has in place.
