Raymond James Financial, a St. Petersburg, FL-based financial services
firm with more than 2,100 locations, has selected ViewDirect and
Document-Direct software from Mobius
(www.mobius.com), Rye, NY, for
Web-based management and distribution of information including customer
statements, confirmations, tax reporting documents and daily reports.
The Mobius system will be used by Raymond James's 4,000 branch users and
several hundred home-office users to access an estimated monthly
statement volume of more than 5 million pages.
The first phase of the software's implementation went live in April and
now manages myriad tax reporting documents. "The Mobius solution will
allow us to deliver customer information such as statements,
confirmations and 1099s to our branch users much faster and more
effectively," stated Grace Winter, Raymond James's assistant vice
president of archival systems. "The reduction in paper processing and
CDs produced will rapidly pay for the system."
