Click-n-Done electronic bill presentment and payment system with
software that delivers personalized marketing messages. Billers can use
the combination to send targeted messages with bills and statements
presented electronically. Customer data including demographics, account
and payment history, and line-item bill detail can be used to target
offers. Information from Click-n-Done's repository gets passed to
personalization software (such as the E.Piphany Real-Time
Personalization Engine) by way of program interfaces.
