debuted Connect for BizTalk Server, an output
management solution developed with Microsoft's .NET initiative in mind. The system is said to complement
BizTalk Server 2000 by enabling users to tap into complex, back-end documents and data without
reprogramming.
Formscape Connect for BizTalk Server uses a graphical design approach that accepts single or multiple
streams of data and transforms them into XML format for routing by the BizTalk Server. It can also transform XML
documents into any output format, such as PDF, for onward delivery using Biz Talk Server.
The system is said to support cross-platform interoperability and integration without changes to legacy
system content or output. It also provides electronic presentation and delivery of structured and unstructured
data.
