Bank Gains Reporting Technology with 'Intelligence'
National Australia Bank (NAB), Sydney, has selected the eProcess Intelligence system from SunGard (www.epic.sungard.com), Livingston, NJ, for enterprisewide exception processing and rules management. IntelliStor, SunGard's enterprise report management solution, will provide NAB with a report mining and archival system. A Web-based front end will allow remote branch employees (and eventually customers) to access reports and other information. They will also be able to mine their reports and manipulate data for more in-depth analyses. SunGard's Web-based architecture will reportedly support full functionality at each branch while requiring hardware and support infrastructure only at the hub banks.
